  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular and Cell Biology, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge and experience in CRISPR-based gene editing is a plus.
  • Experience with genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics approaches is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Elucidate transcriptional and epigenetic programs induced by proteotoxic stress in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.
  • Use relevant human cells and novel animal models to perturb and track stress-induced signaling pathways in real-time.
