Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (SKCCC) at Thomas Jefferson University seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow for NIH/NCI-funded projects studying chromatin regulation and immune interactions in blood cancers. The lab uses CUT&RUN, ChIP-Seq, scRNA-Seq, Hi-C, and proteomics to explore leukemia and lymphoma initiation, relapse, and therapy resistance.

Qualifikationen

• Recent PhD or PhD/MD in molecular biology, T-cell immunology, cancer biology, or related fields.
• Strong interest in chromatin regulation, cancer epigenetics, stem cell biology, immune interactions, and targeted therapy.
• Experience with molecular cloning, CRISPR editing and screening, multi-omics sequencing analysis, flow cytometry and sorting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Join NIH/NCI-funded research on chromatin regulators and immune interactions in blood cancers.
• Conduct experiments using cell lines, mouse models, and patient-derived xenografts.
• Perform sequencing analyses (ChIP-Seq, single-cell RNA-Seq) and multi-omics workflows; contribute to publications.
