The New School's Zolberg Institute on Migration and Mobility invites applications for a one-year postdoctoral fellowship for the 2027–2028 academic year in New York City. The Fellow will pursue independent research on migration and mobility, engage in ZIMM seminars, and teach Law and Social Change to support the minor in Law and Social Change. The appointment may be renewed for a second year.

Hybrid work arrangements may be considered. Begin date is July 1, 2027.

Competenze

• PhD or equivalent doctorate by the start of the appointment.
• Strong research agenda in migration and mobility.
• Scholarly expertise in law or legal studies.
• Interest in interdisciplinary scholarship and public-facing life of the Zolberg Institute.

Mansioni
