Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research doctorate completed by start date.
• Strong research agenda in migration and mobility studies and related topics.
• Scholarly expertise in law or legal studies with teaching experience.
• Interest in interdisciplinary work and public-facing engagement.
• Active participation in the intellectual life of the Zolberg Institute.

Responsibilities

• Develop an independent research agenda and participate in seminars and conferences.
• Teach Law and Social Change for the minor in Law and Social Change.
• Contribute to public programming and engage with scholars across The New School.
• Total teaching not exceeding three courses over two years.
