Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Microbiology or related biomedical discipline.
• Experience with bacterial communities and genetic manipulation.
• Experience with animal models of infection/immunity.
• Strong manuscript writing and publication record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Research Projects: design and execute mechanistic studies on drug–microbiome–immune interactions.
• Develop scientific independence: prepare high-impact manuscripts and grant applications.
• Innovate methodologies: optimize anaerobic, genetics, and animal-model protocols.
