Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to lead a mechanistic program comparing T cell–redirecting platforms, including TCEs and CAR T therapies, within a flagship immunology discovery team.

You will design and execute multi-aim studies using established reagents and assays to uncover mechanistic insights, collaborating across immunology, in vivo pharmacology, and bioinformatics groups.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field (completed or near completion).
• Strong foundational knowledge of T cell biology
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization or visas.

Responsibilities

• Support immunology research on T cell biology in the context of TCEs and CAR T cell therapies.
• Collaborate with immunology research, in vivo pharmacology and bioinformatics groups.
• Perform phenotypic and functional characterization of T cells using primary human cells, flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, and transcriptional profiling.
