Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) in Cambridge, MA seeks a hands-on Scientist to support in vivo CAR-T cell therapy research for autoimmune diseases and oncology. Qualifications

• BS + 5 years or MS + 3 years in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Strong experience with flow cytometry, FlowJo, T-cell/PBMC culture, tissue processing, LNP/electroporation, and functional assays.
• Experience with Benchling and detailed scientific documentation.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, interpret data, and manage multiple experiments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mouse in vivo studies and ex vivo tissue processing.
• Design and perform 10+ color flow cytometry panels and analyze data using FlowJo.
• Perform LNP/electroporation transfection experiments.
• Maintain and activate primary T cells/PBMCs and perform functional/cytotoxicity assays.
• Perform Incucyte live-cell imaging assays.
• Maintain experimental records, protocols, and inventory in Benchling.
• Troubleshoot experiments and develop protocol improvements.
• Manage multiple experiments and collaborate with internal teams/CROs.
