Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, partner support, or related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing escalations and cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives.
• Oversee daily customer service operations with phone and email support.
• Manage escalated issues and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technical Support to deliver solutions.
• Drive service excellence through clear communication and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning for the team.
