Job summary

Varonis is seeking a Post-Sales professional to onboard customers to our platforms, ensuring ongoing value and support. You will guide clients through discovery, remediation, and governance of sensitive data to protect against insider threats, cyber-attacks, and policy violations.

You will help customers identify and mitigate risks related to AI systems, including copilots, LLMs, and shadow AI usage, while driving measurable reductions in data exposure across cloud, SaaS, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing role in cloud security or data security.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS/IaaS/PaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, M365).
• Knowledge of data classification, governance, and DSPM concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers to Varonis platforms and deliver ongoing value.
• Lead discovery, remediation, and governance of sensitive data.
• Guide customers on AI risks, copilots, LLMs, and shadow AI.
• Drive reductions in data exposure across cloud and SaaS.
• Conduct proactive health checks and trainings for customers.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and AI risk posture discussions.
• Identify upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Develop customer-facing knowledge and best practices.
• Support renewal processes with Account Managers.
