Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Go-To-Market operations or SaaS.
• Direct experience in Customer Success or Solutions Engineering is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Customer Success metrics and processes.

• Develop methodology and processes for customer engagement across segments.
• Research and recommend tools to increase efficiency of the Post-Sales team.
