Persona is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to enhance our Post-Sales team. You'll work with leadership to create an efficient customer success strategy, optimizing processes and driving business growth. The role also involves developing tools and methodologies to improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Go-To-Market operations or SaaS.
• Direct experience in Customer Success or Solutions Engineering is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Customer Success metrics and processes.
