You will own the technical relationship, drive structured implementation plans, and collaborate across Sales, Engineering and Support to deliver value. The role requires 8+ years in post‑sales tech, experience deploying AI systems, strong enterprise infra knowledge, and excellent communication and PM skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in post-sales technical roles.
• Experience deploying AI systems and applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure (networking, security).
• Experience leading technical deployments (on-prem, hybrid, SaaS).
• Experience with regulated industries (preferred for AI/cybersecurity).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Red Hat OpenShift Administrator certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers.
• Own post-sales technical relationship with customer engineering and security teams.
• Develop and execute structured implementation plans with milestones.
• Identify blockers and escalate where needed to keep timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Services and Product for smooth handoffs.
• Document processes, guides, templates, and runbooks.
• Coordinate support needs and triage technical issues with Support/Dev teams.
• Advocate for customers to inform roadmap and future services.
