Job summary

Locala is the world’s leading commerce media platform, leveraging consumer insights and location data to increase brand awareness, drive consumers to store, and deliver smarter business outcomes. We are looking for a Post-Sales Account Manager based in Miami or NYC to service our East Coast clients.

Account Managers Serve as the liaison between Locala and its customers. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success.

Responsibilities

Address customers’ needs and concerns quickly to develop and maintain relationships
Develop and deliver performance reports and benchmark results against campaigns
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Develop strong relationships with customers and connect with executives and stakeholders
Collaborate with trading teams to monitor campaign performance and leverage data to upsell campaigns
Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
Create and deliver reports, providing analysis of performance
Manage projects with the design team to deliver best in class creative executions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and advise on basic technical questions
This role focuses on account management; hands-on media experience (programmatic, display, audio, CTV, DOOH) is crucial
