Job summary

Locala is seeking a Post-Sales Account Manager based in Miami or NYC to service East Coast clients. You will liaison between Locala and its customers and report to the Head of Customer Success.

The role focuses on managing campaigns across programmatic, display, audio, CTV and DOOH while delivering performance reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in Ad Tech/Digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights.
• Comfortable in a start-up environment with global challenges.

Responsibilities

• Address customers’ needs and concerns to build strong relationships.
• Develop and deliver performance reports and benchmark results.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Build relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with trading teams to monitor campaigns and upsell data-driven results.
• Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver campaign reporting with performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Design, Data, Marketing, Studio and Product Services to improve the customer experience.
• Advise clients on basic technical questions.
