JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Post Production Team Lead to take over the day-to-day operations and tactical management of our post-production workflows. This is a leadership role built for someone who thrives on execution, brings structure and clarity to creative processes, and knows how to build scalable systems without losing artistic quality.

You'll oversee daily operations across:

• Footage Intake & Organization

• Editing & Stitching

• Color Grading & Enhancement

• Trailer Creation

• Sound Processing

• Workflow & Tooling Optimization

• Watermarking & Branding

• Quality Control

• Team Coordination

• Scheduling & Delivery Oversight

• Platform Upload Preparation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the full post-production pipeline, from raw footage intake to final delivery.

• Assign tasks across editing, stitching, sound, photo, trailer, and QA teams.

• Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all content for scheduled releases.

• Coordinate daily and weekly check-ins with team members to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.

• Set and maintain high-quality standards for all visual and audio content.

• Review final videos, trailers, and photos to ensure consistency in brand style, color, pacing, and formatting.

• Approve or request revisions before content is passed to the content management team.

• Stay updated on VR editing technology and lead implementation of new tools or techniques.

• Ensure the team uses optimal workflows and software tools, implementing tooling improvements and evaluate new solutions.

• Act as the primary bridge between production, post-production, and publishing teams.

• Communicate asset needs, timelines, and potential delays.

• Oversee the creation of promotional materials including 2D trailers, shorts, thumbnails, and photos.

• Ensure files are properly named, tagged, and archived.

• Monitor export formats, deliverables, and storage hygiene.

• Provide mentorship, process leadership, and hands-on support when needed.

• Ensure consistent and accurate reporting within the post-production team.

• Review and assess performance of post-production staff regularly.

• Lead onboarding and training of new team members and freelancers.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong background in post-production management, editing workflows, or studio operations

• Proven experience leading cross-functional creative or technical teams

• Deep understanding of storytelling, visual structure, and technical polish

• Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Mistika Boutique, Trello)

• Structured and strategic - able to optimize teams, tools, and processes without overcomplicating

• Passionate about quality content, efficient delivery, and scalable creative systems

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• Passionate about immersive tech andhigh-performance content

• Fluency in English

BONUS POINTS:

• Experience or interest in VR video editing (stitching, 360° content, immersive media)

• Familiarity with VR-specific tools like Mistika VR or Adobe VR workflows

• Fluency in Russian
