Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a Post Production Manager/Editor to lead the end-to-end editorial workflow for Colorado Avalanche content. This role combines management duties with hands-on editing support to ensure timely, high-quality video delivery.

You will oversee daily post-production processes, coordinate with producers and marketing teams, and uphold brand and technical standards while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day post-production workflow for all assigned productions, including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Edit and assemble video assets for game-day and off-ice content, ensuring technical and creative requirements are met.
• Coordinate ingest, organization, versioning, review cycles, and final export/delivery across multiple projects.
• Ensure video content adheres to brand and technical standards.
• Maintain project timelines for daily/weekly content deliverables and drive production teams to meet turnaround needs.
• Collaborate with producers, creative staff, marketing/digital teams, and AltitudeTV to implement feedback efficiently.
• Provide clear updates, manage review rounds, and communicate risks or delays proactively.
• Maintain organized archives, project documentation, and consistent naming/versioning best practices.
• Recommend and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and post-production throughput.

The Post Production Manager and Editor is responsible for managing post-production activities for the Colorado Avalanche. This role oversees the end-to-end editorial workflow—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of video content—while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and production teams. The position combines post-production management responsibilities with hands-on editing support to ensure content meets the team’s standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing and post-production workflows, preferably in sports, broadcast, or live event environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines , coordinate multiple projects, and complete work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills , including the ability to coordinate and facilitate feedback between creative and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of standard post-production tools and file delivery workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot common post-production issues and manage revisions efficiently.
