Job summary

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a Production Broadcast Intern to support Ball Arena and DSGP control room operations in a dynamic sports production environment.

Based in Denver, CO, the role provides hands-on experience across field and studio production, editing, and broadcast workflows, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a college or university degree program.
• 2 years of experience in production and/or broadcasting or equivalent.
• Preferred: knowledge of sports and editing/video cameras.
• Experience in sports production or broadcast environment.

Nature of Work:

Assist Ball Arena and DSGP Control Room Staff in all aspects of production required for KSE Community Relations, KSE Partnership Marketing, the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, and Colorado Mammoth.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• Lift 25 lbs. daily

Qualifications:

• Minimum

• High School Degree or equivalent

• Enrolled in degree program at college or university

• 2 years of experience in production and/or Broadcasting or equivalent combination of education & experience

• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

• Preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of sports

• Experience with editing systems & video cameras

• Experience in Sports Production or Broadcast environment

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of Sports including Basketball, Hockey, Lacrosse, & Soccer
• General understanding of broadcast production
• Knowledge & skill with MS office
• Knowledge & skill with editing systems, video cameras
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Software
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments

Compensation:

• Base hourly range $19.29 per hour
