Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) is seeking a seasoned Longform Content Video Editor to craft documentary-style videos from raw footage to broadcast-ready edits. You will collaborate with producers and videographers to shape story, pacing, and emotional impact.

The role requires strong storytelling, post-production knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple edits in a fast-paced production environment. Based in Denver, this full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in documentary or longform non-fiction.
• Strong proficiency in editing software; advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and refine storytelling through edit decisions.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows and finishing standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving production environment, handling multiple projects or deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to creative notes and revision cycles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sound-aligned edits and ensure audio/video synchronization.
• Apply color correction and basic color grading to maintain visual consistency.
• Create and manage edit versions for internal reviews and distribution requirements.

• Coordinate with graphics and motion assets for titles and overlays.
• Ensure final deliverables meet technical specs (codec, bitrate, captions).
• Maintain organized project files, media management, and version control.

We’re seeking an experienced Longform Content Video Editorto help produce compellingdocumentary-style videosfrom raw footage to final, broadcast-ready edits. You’ll collaborate closely with producers and videographers to shape story, pacing, and emotional impact—ensuring our longform content is engaging from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Editlongform documentary contentend-to-end, from selects through final export
• Develop story structure, pacing, and narrative flow based on script, notes, and editorial direction
• Assemble sound-aligned edits and ensure coherent audio/video synchronization
• Apply color correction and basic color grading (as needed) to maintain visual consistency
• Create and manage edit versions for internal reviews and client/distribution requirements
• Collaborate with producers on revisions and feedback integration
• Work with graphics and motion assets, coordinating where needed for titles, lower thirds, and maps/overlays
• Ensure final deliverables meet technical specifications (codec, bitrate, captions, etc.)
• Maintain organized project files, media management, and version control
