DGN Technologies is seeking a collaborative Post-Production Facility Technician to drive the reliability of our post-production operations. You will work closely with the 3D Cinematics Technical Lead to support Creative Video and 3D teams, ensuring high-performance storage, networking, and a fleet of workstations.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Film Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in post-production engineering, studio IT, or technical operations within a media environment.
• Deep knowledge of high-performance shared storage systems (NAS/SAN) and archival workflows (LTO/Cloud).
• Expertise in complex networking, specifically 10GbE/25GbE environments and switch configurations.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS and remote workstation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and speed up post-production facility operations.
• Collaborate with the 3D Cinematics Technical Lead to troubleshoot issues across Creative Video and 3D teams.
• Plan for scalability by aligning tools and standards for interoperable systems.
