Job summary

Teez Agency LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized Post-Production Coordinator to manage a growing volume of video projects from footage handoff through final delivery. You will coordinate internal teams and freelance editors, maintain schedules, manage feedback, review deliverables, and ensure projects meet creative and technical standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating or managing video post-production workflows
  • Strong understanding of editing, storytelling, pacing, sound, color, graphics, and finishing
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Avid, or Frame.io is a plus
  • Experience working with freelance editors or other creative contractors
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of projects and shifting deadlines
  • Excellent written communication and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
  • Comfortable holding team members accountable for deadlines and quality standards
  • Experience with food, beverage, lifestyle, social media, or agency content is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple post-production projects across social, digital, commercial, and branded content
  • Build, maintain, and manage a dependable network of freelance editors, colorists, motion designers, sound mixers, and other post-production specialists
  • Source, interview, test, hire, and onboard freelance post-production talent
  • Assign projects based on each editor’s strengths, availability, rate, and turnaround time
  • Create and maintain editing schedules, deadlines, and delivery calendars
  • Organize footage, project files, graphics, music, brand assets, and client notes
  • Translate creative direction and client feedback into clear, actionable revision notes
  • Track projects through rough cut, internal review, client review, revisions, color, sound, and final delivery
  • Review edits for storytelling, pacing, branding, accuracy, continuity, and overall quality
  • Confirm that final files meet the required aspect ratios, resolutions, naming conventions, and platform specifications
  • Identify potential delays or quality issues early and communicate them to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with editing or revisions when needed
  • Develop systems and workflows that improve the speed, consistency, and efficiency of the post-production department

Teez Agency is a creative agency specializing in food and beverage content, social media, and commercial production. We’re looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Post-Production Coordinator to manage our growing volume of video projects from footage handoff through final delivery.

This position is ideal for someone who understands editing but is equally interested in project management, team building, and overseeing the entire post-production process. You’ll coordinate internal teams and freelance editors, maintain schedules, manage feedback, review deliverables, and ensure every project meets our creative and technical standards.
