Job summary
TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Specialist to create an exceptional experience for homeowners after installation of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. You will be the trusted advisor and primary contact post-installation, helping customers understand their equipment and maximize value.
The role involves in-home and phone interactions, strong communication, and proactive follow-through within a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, 10:00
Qualifications
- Provide post-installation customer support and education.
- Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve post-installation issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and phone follow-ups with homeowners after installations.
- Own the post-installation handoff and ensure customers have education and resources.
- Educate homeowners on operation, maintenance, warranties, safety, and care.
- Connect customers with TLC services and loyalty programs.
