Job summary

Certa is seeking a Solution Engineer (Post-Implementation) to join our Support organization. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through configurations, and ensure the platform remains stable without owning ongoing delivery.

This role aligns with U.S. Pacific Time hours, and you’ll work across incidents, documentation, and knowledge sharing to help customers get the most from the no-code platform.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Technical Support or Solutions Engineering in SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; engineering a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via support portal with professional communication.
• Diagnose configurations and validate in test environments.
• Manage incidents and SLAs, escalate when needed.
• Distinguish support work from Managed Services to protect stability.
• Document resolutions for knowledge bases.
• Identify patterns to suggest platform improvements.
