Glass House Farms is seeking a Post-Harvest Planning & Scheduling professional to coordinate and optimize workflows across drying, bucking, pre-trim, and trimming stages. You will balance labor and space, adjust schedules in real time, and ensure production plans align with cultivation and sales forecasts.

The Post-Harvest Planning Coordinator at Glass House Farms is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and optimizing post-harvest workflows to ensure efficient movement of cannabis through drying, bucking, pre-trim, and final trimming stages.
This role plays a critical part in maximizing yield quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

2–4 years of experience in production planning, operations coordination, or supply chain roles (cannabis, agriculture, food production, or manufacturing preferred).
