You will lead production teams, implement quality controls, and drive accuracy from seed to sale with a strong emphasis on traceability. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration, SOP maintenance, and continuous improvement in efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years inventory management experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of production staff including manufacturers, packagers, and quality control personnel.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Oversee packaging, inventory from seed to sale, and distribution to retail locations and third parties.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations governing post-harvest operations.
• Maintain SOPs, perform regular inspections, and coordinate with cultivation, production, and compliance teams.
• Utilize cultivation software (Dutchie and Metrc) to track inventory data and generate reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, address discrepancies, and ensure real‑time record keeping.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Prepare regulatory documentation and participate in audits and inspections.
