Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a post-harvest or production team in a fast-paced facility.
• Strong knowledge of GMP practices and compliance with safety standards.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff to achieve objectives.
• Experience managing 30+ employees and coordinating multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and effective verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Post Harvest from processing to final packaging of cannabis flower.
• Manage workflow, training, scheduling, and staff development to meet targets.
• Lead with PharmaCann values, maintain morale and a positive work environment.
• Support cultivation leadership on projects within budget and deadlines.
• Ensure GMP-based practices and collaborate with QA, analytics and IT.
