Job summary

Ethos Cannabis is seeking a Post-Harvest Manager in Pennsylvania to lead downstream production of cannabis flower products. You will head post-harvest operations, ensuring timely space allocation, controlled drying environments, and contamination-free packaging processes.

The role requires managing a team, enforcing cGMP and safety standards, and coordinating with QA and regulatory requirements to maintain quality, traceability, and compliance across Seed-to-Sale workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in cannabis post-harvest operations.
• 3-5 years in leadership/management position.
• Experience with Cannabis Seed-to-Sale software and MS Office Suite.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage all post-harvest technicians on post-harvest duties.
• Harvesting plants.
• Monitoring environment of drying areas and containers.
• Organization of batch specific product.
• Trimming.
• Packaging.
• Quality Control.
• Safe handling of chemicals.
• Follow cGMP and Safety standards.
• Verify and maintain all checklists, logs, and documentation pertaining to harvested and packaged products.
• Schedule and prepare product for 3rd party lab testing.
• Verify all Seed-to-Sale transactions for accuracy.
• Ensure product packaging and labelling is in compliance at all times.
• Follow process and progression of product to protect against diversion.
• Maintain inventory of all consumables and requisition new materials in a timely manner.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of automated equipment.
• Maintain sanitary conditions that meet SOPs in all post-harvest areas at all times.
• Inspection of work areas, equipment, and uniforms.
• Update and train on standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all green waste is disposed of properly.
• Oversee scheduling, timecards and monitor attendance.
• Facilitate R&D efforts of process improvements.
• Reinforce expectations for a safe and sanitary operation.
• Other duties as designated by Production Operations Manager.
