Job summary

Ethos Cannabis is seeking a Post-Harvest Manager for its Pennsylvania operations. The role leads all post-harvest activities, ensuring timely space allocation, proper moisture content, and contamination-free handling.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate harvests, and uphold cGMP and safety standards. The position emphasizes QA, documentation, and process improvements across packaging, labeling, and seed-to-sale workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis post-harvest operations.
• Must comply with all legal regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
• Leadership/management experience (3-5 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage all post-harvest technicians.
• Harvesting plants and trimming.
• Monitor environment of drying areas and containers.
• Ensure packaging and labeling compliance and product traceability.
• Schedule and prepare product for third-party lab testing.
• Maintain inventories and logs for harvested and packaged products.
• Oversee safety, SOP updates, and sanitation in post-harvest areas.
