Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a Post-Harvest Associate to support the post-harvest lifecycle in our cultivation facilities. The role reports to the Post Harvest Manager and focuses on drying, curing, storage, and preparation of flower for final processing, ensuring quality, compliance, and accurate data records in a regulated environment.

You will work hands-on in a humid plant environment, performing trimming, weighing, and packaging, while adhering to SOPs and METRC track-and-trace

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.
• Must obtain and maintain a state Registered Agent Card or equivalent credentials.
• Able to work in humid environments with plant odors and fluctuating temperatures.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow sanitation and safety standards.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, organized and able to follow strict procedures and communicate effectively.
• Strong observational skills to detect moisture inconsistencies, contamination risks or inventory discrepancies.
• Comfortable using digital logs, weight scales and internal systems for data tracking and compliance documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Curing Process - tasks like drying, curing, conditioning, and monitoring moisture content.
• WIP Vault Operations - secure storage and tracking between stages.
• Compliance with Track-and-Trace Systems - METRC and state regulations.
• Secure Handling & Regulatory Cleanliness Standards - sanitation and vault handling per SOPs.
• Cannabis Processing - debuck, trim, hang in dry rooms, cure, grind, weigh and package.
• Quality Control - real-time visual inspections for quality and compliance.
• Trimming & Manicuring - hand-trim for presentation standards.
• Weighing - measure products for distribution with aseptic technique.
• Quality Control & Record Keeping - log weights and product data for inventory tracking.
