Job summary

Ascend Wellness is seeking a Post-Harvest Associate in Athol, MA to support drying, curing, storage, and preparation of cannabis flower for processing. You will handle harvested product with care to maintain quality, comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements, and work in a highly regulated cultivation environment.

Responsibilities include trimming, weighing, and packaging, maintaining accurate logs, and collaborating with the post-harvest team to ensure consistency and compliance with company

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in handling regulated cannabis products.
• Experience with post-harvest processes such as drying, curing, trimming, and packaging is preferred.
• Ability to log weights and product data accurately for inventory tracking and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Curing process duties including drying, curing, conditioning and moisture monitoring.
• Secure handling and compliance with track-and-trace systems (METRC and regulations).
• Cannabis processing tasks: debuck, trim (machine/hand), hang in dry rooms, grind, weigh, package per SOPs.
• Quality control through real-time inspections and record-keeping of product data.
