Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a Cultivation Technician to maintain the health and vitality of cannabis plants during flowering and harvest stages. The role focuses on monitoring plant health, implementing canopy management techniques, and assisting with harvest procedures in alignment with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working in environments with high humidity and strong plant odors, able to wear PPE, and eager to collaborate across cultivation

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Registered Agent Card.
• Willingness to work in high humidity, with strong plant odors and variable temperatures.
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cannabis plants during flowering to support bud development and plant vitality.
• Perform defoliation, pruning, trellising, and staking to optimize light and airflow.
• Assist with harvests following SOPs to preserve product quality.
