Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check
• Must be able to obtain state credentials as required by state regulations
• Comfortable working in humid environments with strong plant odors and varying temperatures
• Willingness to wear PPE and follow sanitation/safety standards
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to follow strict procedures
• Strong observational skills to detect moisture inconsistencies or inventory discrepancies
• Comfortable using digital logs, weight scales, and internal systems for data tracking

Responsibilities

• Curing process: drying, curing, conditioning, and monitoring moisture content per SOPs
• WIP vault operations: secure storage and tracking between stages
• Compliance with track-and-trace: METRC and state regulations
• Secure handling, sanitation, and regulatory cleanliness standards
• Cannabis processing: debuck, trim (machine and hand), hang, cure, grind, weigh, package
• Quality control: real-time visual inspections for quality and compliance
• Trimming & manicuring to maintain product presentation
• Weighing and data logging for inventory tracking and regulatory compliance
• Quality control and record-keeping throughout the workflow
• Collaborate with cure and post-harvest team members to ensure consistent quality
