Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain records and inventory.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address plant health issues.
• Willingness to work in compliance with strict security and regulatory requirements.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Harvest, trim, dry, and cure cannabis while preserving quality and meeting standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the trimming room to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Perform quality control inspections and remove damaged or unhealthy plants.
• Package trimmed cannabis with proper labeling and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document and maintain records of post-harvest activities for reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with cultivation team to optimize harvesting schedules and transitions to post-harvest.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and cannabis regulations.
