No prior post-frame experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and mentors, with clear opportunities to advance through Foreman in Training and into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
• Enjoy stable, year-round employment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
