Cleary Building Corp is hiring a Carpenter to join our post-frame construction team in Appleton, WI. You will construct post-frame buildings from the ground up, operate basic hand and power tools, and work at heights up to 35 feet on outdoor projects year-round.

No prior post-frame experience is required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training and mentorship. Many leaders began as Carpenters, with opportunities to advance into Foreman in Training and beyond, plus structured pay increases

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Competitive starting wages and structured pay increases.
• Weather pay and travel pay where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms up to 35 feet.
