Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Carpenter to join a respected team building high-quality post-frame structures. You will construct buildings from the ground up and operate basic hand and power tools while working outdoors and at heights.

The role offers year-round employment with mentorship and development programs. No prior post-frame experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to advance into Foreman in Training and other leadership roles as you

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Competitive starting wages.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Continuously learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction.
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
