Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking a Post-Sale Specialist in Fort Mill, SC to oversee and complete post-foreclosure sale activities. Qualifications

3+ years of Foreclosure/Post Sale experience.
3+ years of GSE servicing experience.
3+ years of GNMA servicing experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Maintain oversight of post-foreclosure sale activities for assigned accounts.
Monitor deed recording activity and timelines.
Identify and resolve issues related to deed vesting and post-sale title requirements.
Track third-party fund applications and ensure completion.
Oversee end-to-end eviction monitoring.
Coordinate with auction vendors on FHA Second Chance process.
Use workflow reports to prioritize accounts and meet timelines.
Monitor exception reporting and drive resolutions.
Identify process gaps and escalate issues.
Document post-sale activities and statuses.
Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and internal partners to improve performance.
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
Ensure all post-sale activities comply with investor/regulatory requirements.
Adhere to company policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
