Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Post Event Manager for Trilith LIVE in Fayetteville, GA. You will oversee cleaning operations for the post-event shift, deploy staff, and ensure quality standards while working hands-on with your team.

The role reports to the Site Manager and involves on-site supervision, coordinating supplies and equipment, and ensuring safety and compliance throughout events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Decide how staff should be deployed and ensures all equipment is set up prior to staff report time.
• Ensure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Check-in staff, complete deployment sheets and assign staff for proper facility coverage.
• Provide employee training and communicate policies and procedures.
• Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure work is completed on time and within hours.
• Inspect entire facility and complete post-event checklist for proper cleaning.
• Respond to client service requests and complete labor reports.
• Keep on-site until relieved by Night Event Manager or Project Manager.
