Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group seeks an experienced Event Manager to oversee cleaning operations at Moody Center in Austin, TX. The role requires supervising a 15+ person crew, ensuring safety, quality, and timely service during events.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong leadership and organizational skills. This is a part-time position in a fast-paced, high-profile venue with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for client communication and team coordination.
• Experience supervising a cleaning/venue operations crew during events.
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned event shifts.
• Supervise and direct a crew of 15+ people during events.
• Conduct walk-through inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Enforce safety, productivity, and service standards across shifts.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and labor are available for each event.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate policies with team leaders.
• Maintain shift records: sign-in/out, labor, inspections, schedules.
• Provide on-the-job training and relay client expectations.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to Site Manager immediately.
• Keep equipment in good condition and address repairs promptly.
• Ensure completion of checklists and job sign-off by staff.
• Use scheduling tools and spreadsheets to track work.
