Job summary

ValuationNEXUS, a CV3 Holdings subsidiary, seeks a Post Closing Valuation Analyst to support capital markets, asset management, and servicing by delivering timely valuation analysis and product strategy across the loan lifecycle.

You will coordinate value refreshes, order valuation products, and build workflows for ordering strategies, while partnering with valuation providers and loan buyers to support loan sales and securitization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years real estate valuation, appraisal review, or collateral risk analysis.
• Experience valuing distressed or defaulted real estate collateral.
• License or progress toward Certified Residential or General Appraiser.

Responsibilities

• Review appraisal reports for USPAP compliance and methodology soundness.
• Analyze As-Is, ARV, and site value conclusions on collateral.
• Assess exposure across LTV, LTC, and LTARV with stress scenarios.
• Evaluate market value adjustments, condition ratings, and highest and best use in default scenarios.
• Reconcile appraised values with BPOs, AVMs, and desktop reviews.
• Produce valuation summaries and executive-level reporting for capital markets.
