Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers/stakeholders from approval to deal closing and life of loan servicing.
• Manage deal flow pipeline with Relationship Managers to ensure timely closings.
• Coordinate and review closing documentation with counsel or internal prep and ensure due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with execution and process flow of the transaction, escalating issues and designing solutions to cover risks.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure proper booking, reconciliations, and cash positions.
• Ensure initial loan funding and ongoing life of loan activity are properly processed and booked with downstream stakeholders.
• Review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy and close loans when necessary.
• Communicate with Lenders any issues that arise prior to closing.
