Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Comfort working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate will need to obtain Michigan Resident Producer License and become a Michigan Notary Public within 3 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Review lender’s instructions and executed closing documents.
• Prepare final policies and disburse closed files.
• Ensure all post-closing requirements are cleared promptly.
