Transnation Title Agency is seeking a Personal Closing Specialist in Clinton Township to handle title and escrow orders, coordinate transaction documents, and support the closing process for real estate deals where title insurance is provided.

The role involves working with customers, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate closings. A high school diploma is required, with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years in title insurance, escrow, mortgage, banking, or real estate preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of RESPA and state/federal title/escrow regulations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process title and escrow orders and file documentation in the production system.
• Coordinate closing dates and times with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
• Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate file activity and electronic filing records.
• Provide professional, proactive communication throughout the transaction process.
