Job summary

Snelling Philadelphia in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Post Closing Specialist to ensure closing packages are accurate and properly ordered before they are shipped to lenders. The role offers strong upward mobility, 4 weeks PTO, a 401K match, and room for growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating with closing agents, lenders, borrowers, and recording teams; reviewing packages, obtaining missing signatures, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout funding and recording processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in mortgage funding/closing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Excel.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fully executed files are received on time.
• Review, correct, and deliver completed packages to lender.
• Obtain signatures on missing documents from lender, borrower, closing agent.
• Address post-closing issues with agents and consumers.
• Monitor post-closing inquiries.
• Understand and comply with regulatory requirements for funding, recording and policies.
• Send recordings to counties for recording.
• Monitor recording intake in Resware.
• Complete Owner’s and Loan Policies.
• Scan and upload images; handle projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
