Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Post-Closer to join our on-site team in Pennsylvania. You will complete the post-closing process for mortgage loans, verify settlement packages, and obtain any missing information from Settlement Agents to ensure clean closings.

You will follow up on recorded mortgages, manage packaging for delivery to the Secondary Market, and serve as the primary contact for internal queries and third-party audits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site and follow closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete post-closing process for all mortgage loans.
• Verify full settlement packages and obtain missing information from Settlement Agents.
• Follow up on recorded mortgages and final title policies.
• Manage packaging and delivery of loans to the Secondary Market, tracking commitments and flagging issues.
• Serve as primary contact for internal queries and third-party audits; oversee file preparation and review.
