Responsibilities

• Process and manage recorded mortgage documents and final title policies.
• Audit, scan, and upload documents to the LOS (Encompass).
• Communicate with investors and title companies on missing trailing documents.
• Act as contact and escalation point for document transaction resolution.
• Prepare trailing documents for shipment to investors.
• Track file location and movement in database systems.
• Index, image, and scan to support operations.
• Maintain SLAs and report on status; work overtime as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
