Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year mortgage lending experience required.
• 2+ years in mortgage post-closing or related area preferred.
• Familiarity with Encompass and document management platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage recorded mortgage documents and final title policies.
• Audit, scan, and upload documents to the LOS (Encompass).
• Communicate with investors and title companies regarding pending documents.
• Prepare trailing documents for shipment to investors.
• Resolve missing or incorrect trailing documents and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.
• Track file location and movement using database systems.
• Index, image, and scan documents; manage administrative tasks.
• Maintain turn-time standards and notify management of delays.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
