Jobgether SRL (on behalf of a partner company) seeks a Trailing Document Specialist based in the United States. The role focuses on ensuring mortgage documents are accurate, complete, and compliant through post-closing processes. Remote within the U.S.

with location restrictions. You will review final title policies, audit and upload documents to LOS (Encompass), and liaise with investors and title companies to resolve discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and multitasking are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1+ year mortgage lending experience; post-closing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Encompass and document management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process final title policies and recorded mortgages for completeness and accuracy.
• Audit, scan, index, and upload documents into LOS (Encompass) and maintain electronic records.
• Communicate with investors and title companies to follow up on missing or delayed trailing documents.
• Serve as primary contact for document-related issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
