Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Cooperative and CEMA Specialists and update status.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and closing packages; prepare documents for attorneys and settlement agents.
• Enter loan, document, and shipment data into tracking systems; ensure proper routing and compliance.
• Maintain custody and organization of loan documents and support cross-training and coverage as needed.
