You will work closely with closing agents, mortgage loan officers, processors, and underwriters to clear outstanding items and prepare files for boarding.

Responsabilidades

• Performs quality control review of closed loan files, including CD review and cash to close.
• Collects and submits stipulations for investor approval and documents to complete the file.
• Obtains trailing documents for all closed loans.
• Processes wire and deposit requests after file is cleared to fund.
• Assists in sale backup duties for loans to investors and shipments of packages.
