We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Product Manager to lead the Manage Booking experience within our digital travel ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing the post-booking journey, including itinerary modifications, upgrades, cancellations, and ancillary services.

• Knowledge of booking engines/reservation.

Location

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution of Manage Booking features.

• Translate user and business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive KPIs such as self-service adoption, modification success rate, and NPS.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, loyalty, and customer service teams.
• Background in travel/hospitality, preferably airline or cruise sectors or retail/e-commerce exp.
• Knowledge of booking engines/reservation.
