Qualifications

• Experience in sponsored programs or post-award administration.
• Knowledge of federal/state grant requirements and compliance.
• Ability to support PIs through award lifecycle and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the administrative management of sponsored awards from award through closeout.
• Serve as primary resource for PIs on sponsor requirements, deadlines, reporting, and deliverables.
• Monitor grant activity for compliance with federal, state, sponsor, and organizational requirements.
• Track cost share, indirect costs/F&A, financial requirements, reporting deadlines, and award documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, leadership, PIs, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively keep sponsored projects and PIs on track throughout the award period.
• Develop and improve grant processes, workflows, tracking systems, procedures, and policies.
• Help establish a scalable Sponsored Programs infrastructure as grant activity grows.
